Hi my name is Mr. Williams, and I will be explaining the course of events that will be taking place throughout our long overdue trip in Germany. Mrs. Williams and I will be keeping a journal of our travels.
June/5--The first day we will fly 1st class from Cincinnati to Frankfurt, Germany. When we arrive in Frankfurt we will take a train to Heidelberg (HIY-dul-burg), Germany. We will stay in Hotel Die Hirschgasse (HO-tel Dee Hursh-gass) for that day and the next. We will dine at Schnitzelbank in Heidelberg.
June/6--We will visit the Heidelberg castle. We will take a Rhine river dinner cruise and get to enjoy the lovely scenery of Germany.
June/7-- We will take a train to Munich, Germany and will stay the night at Oberstdorf (O-burs-dorf) ski resort. We will take an afternoon visit to the Munich Zoo.
June/8--This day we will take an all day ski trip in the Allgau (all-goo) Alps. The view of the valley, as we've heard, is breathtaking and the cold air in your lungs is crisp and refreshing. The consistency of the snow is ostensibly perfect for skiing.
June/9-- We will rent a car and head to Dachau (duh-CHOW) Concentration Camp. While there, we will be finding nearby lodging at the Hotel Palazzio.
June/10-- We will head out early in the morning back to Frankfurt. When we arrive we will spend our time around the city. Later that evening we will see a performance at a theater. We will stay at the Hotel Villa Marstell (HO-tel VEE-lah MAR-stell) again.
June/11-- We will depart from the Frankfurt Airport and will arrive in Cincinnati, Ohio in a couple hours.
